Liftlog™
Liftlog™ is a remaining life and load limiting data-logger for cranes that logs all hoisting motions as well as longitudinal and transverse travel. Accompanying software takes the wirelessly downloaded data and applies AS2550.1-2011 (or alternative standards) to calculate the remaining life of the crane. Liftlog™ can also provide electronic overload protection if required. Models are available for all load input types.

Liftlog™XL
Liftlog™XL is an advanced remaining life and load limiting data-logger for single or dual hoist cranes. Every motion is wirelessly streamed in real-time to a secure server that analyses the data, looking for patterns of misuse that could lead to premature failure or unsafe conditions. Data can be viewed at any time via a web interface, which also provides a lift by lift analysis of usage and calculates the remaining design life in accordance with AS2550.1-2011. Most importantly, overloads and dangerous usage will trigger immediate email or SMS alerts.

SideWise
SideWise is a simple anti-side-pull system that ensures loads are only lifted vertically. It can easily be retrofitted to existing cranes and consists of a sensor unit mounted on the rope with a signal processing module in the hoist control box. Crane motion is disabled as soon as any long or cross-travel horizontal loads are detected.

TrafficLite
TrafficLite is a device that takes a crane load input (directly from a load cell or via another device) and then activates up to four set point relays depending on the value of that load. Its primary intent is to drive a Green-Amber-Red traffic light display and set of overload contacts, but can be used to drive any other four independent set point relays. Models are available for all load input types.

AirWay
AirWay is an electronic device that wirelessly transmits and receives up to 4 input/output control signals. It can be used to provide remote I/O for products such as Liftlog™ or Liftlog™XL data loggers, where the desired signals cannot be cabled into the logger directly. Alternatively, two AirWay units can be used together to provide up to 4 virtual connections.
